All for Recovery Gala
September 22, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Raising awareness and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in treatment
Since 1983, we have been committed to helping as many people as possible who suffer from substance use disorder. Just as it was for our co-founders, Mae Abraham and Father Martin, it is vital for us to ensure that people can access our care regardless of race, gender and financial resources.
Therefore, all proceeds from the All for Recovery Gala will go towards our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship Fund (DEI Fund). With this fund, we want help people of color overcome financial barriers to treatment at Ashley, raise awareness across the board and support a diverse and inclusive treatment environment.
Let’s enjoy an evening of fellowship together as we gather for a great cause.

About the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship Fund
Within our local communities, as well as the broader substance use disorder and mental health treatment industries, we have recommitted ourselves to providing a safe environment for the discussion of diversity and equity issues. But, we want to do more than that. We actively want to work towards establishing and maintaining a positive, safe and healthy work and treatment environment. Learn more about how we do this at Ashley at www.AshleyTreatment.org/Racial-Equity.
An integral aspect of building racial equity in treatment is expanding access to care. This includes removing financial barriers to treatment. In partnership with the Release Recovery Foundation, we provided almost $583,000 in scholarship care to people of color in the past year. We are committed to growing this support and engaging other partners who are as invested as we are so that we can provide care to as many people as possible, just like our co-founders set out to do.
